Payment and Cancellation Policy: 

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, all debit cards and personal cheques  supported by a cheque guarantee card. Please note we do not accept American Express. Our payment policy is for the full payment to be taken at time of booking. This is to secure the room and is refundable so long as 48 hours notice is given on cancellation.

Deposits will be refunded in full so long as 48 hours' notice is given less an administration fee of 15%. For cancellations where less than 48 hours' notice is given, payment will be taken for the full amount of the booking.
